NestPro provides AI-powered front-office solutions for home service contractors, including AI receptionist, scheduling, and marketing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. NestPro reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with NestPro are the exclusive property of NestPro and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
NestPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with notice. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease and any outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
